Ren was amazing! She helped me and my aunt pick out clothes for my grandma to refresh her wardrobe, and she made the whole experience so easy.

pricing and selection are fine but there's barely anyone working here. Went on a Saturday around noon and struggled to find anyone to answer my questions.

HOLY BLEEPING FRAGRANCE, BATMAN!!! I am not the kind to write low-star reviews, but I couldn't WAIT to get out of that store. I went in just to return some Amazon items, and I wish they had put a sign out front to tell customers that the customer service desk no longer processes returns, you do it at the checkout register now. Terrific experience from the front door. Superb customer care! Throughout the entire store I was well taken care of and attended to while social distancing was observed at every turn. And the sales were great.

They offered my wife a kohl's card. She has great credit, but the cashier had to call head office and the guy took forever to process it. I can get a mortgage faster. Never again. The guy on the other end couldn't enter our postal code correctly after the cashier repeating it 4 times. All to save 35% on a 29.99 purchase. My wife left without the Coles card.
